All products are handmade confectionary items, including marshmallows, fudge and baked goods. Due to the artisanal nature of our products:

- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Prices on this site may change without any prior notice.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
4. Online orders
- Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Your order will be delivered to a physical address of your choice. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you confirmation in order for you to track your order.
- Deliveries will be made by The Courier Guy courier services.
- No deliveries will be made over weekends or on public holidays.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
- Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

- Winilla Confectionary is not liable for delays caused by the couriers.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Please make sure that the courier service delivers to your specified area.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- We regret that no refunds will be offered on any open or expired goods.
- We ensure only the freshest ingredients are sent out with each order.
- If any issue arises, please contact us directly via email or the contact number on the website
8. Storage & Handling
- Our products should be stored according to the instructions provided.
- Winilla Confectionary is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
- If you suspect that the courier service mishandled your package, please send photographic proof immediately so that we can take it further with the courier service.

- We work in a factory where we use nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten and soy products. Our products may contain or come in contact with the above-mentioned products.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and allergen information before purchasing.
